Same concept across the board: a slightly-smaller 48 in the middle, arrows just gesturing outward toward each market (impression, not accuracy), plus a Europe arrow for the military. What changes between them is what sits at the tip — the thing you were chewing on: a dot? "YOU"? a blob? a "?"? a pin? Eight takes to react to.

My hunch: #3 is the production model (one live arrow once we know their market). For the hero default before they've entered anything, #1 or #7 read cleanest. But you're the eye — tell me what grabs you.

Thin arrows radiate to each market; small dot + name at each tip. Clean, neutral, no "you" — the 48 sits in a halo of destinations.
2"YOU" blobs
Soft glowing blobs at the edges, each saying YOU. Reads as "wherever you are out here — that's you." Warmer, less diagram-y.
3One live arrow + distance
The real production state: once we detect their market, ONE bold arrow fires from the warehouse to them, others ghosted. The distance sells how far we reach.
4Parcel in flight
Dashed flight paths with a little parcel flying out along each. Ties straight to "we forward your parcel home." Playful.
5"?" that flips to ✓
Tips are "?" discs — echoing the page's question. On a successful check the matching one flips to a green ✓ (shown here on Puerto Rico). Interactive payoff.
6Drop pins
Classic map pins at the edges in each direction. Instantly legible as "you are here," but maybe a touch generic / Google-Maps-y.
7Minimal impression
The 48 drops back to a faint ghost; bold amber arrows + big names do the talking. Most "impression not accuracy," most graphic.
8Distance as the hero
Big distance numbers at each tip, name small beneath. Leads with the thing nobody else does — the sheer reach.
