Service Fee
Our service fee is added on top of the actual carrier shipping cost. This covers handling, packaging, and our Oregon warehouse operation.

Prices are estimates from 2020 and will be updated before launch. Final pricing may vary. Oversized or fragile items may incur additional handling charges.
Example
You order a 3 lb item from Amazon, shipped to your OT48 Oregon address. Amazon delivers it free (Prime). We then forward it to Honolulu:
- Carrier cost (USPS to Hawaii): ~$12.50
- OT48 service fee (1–5 lb): $8.00
- Total: ~$20.50
Compared to the $35–$60+ many retailers charge for Hawaii shipping — or refusing to ship there at all.
